Simple Strat is a Diamond-level HubSpot Solutions Partner and we manage the largest HubSpot tutorial channel on YouTube: HubSpot Hacks.
We're well on our way to creating significant impact in the HubSpot community and have an immediate need for an additional team member that can help us deliver HubSpot consulting, implementation, and training. In addition to managing your own group of client relationships, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help us continue to shape our go-to-market strategies and create a significant impact for our clients, our agency, and your career.

An ideal HubSpot Specialist at Simple Strat:
- Is deeply familiar with the HubSpot platform
- Has experience with and enjoys teaching others
- Understands the marketing, sales, and service strategies that HubSpot enables
- Is technically savvy and comfortable using technology to solve problems
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment that provides autonomy and many opportunities to solve problems and drive measurable results for a variety of clients
Requirements for this role:
- You have 3+ years of experience using HubSpot software, including the initial onboarding process
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a HubSpot partner agency
- You have 2+ years of experience training others on HubSpot software
- You have experience managing client relationships
- You have experience with project management; developing project plans and schedules, and leading those projects to successful conclusions
- You have experience with helping others solve problems or implement new strategies using HubSpot’s capabilities
- You have proficient knowledge of the business strategies and functions that companies use HubSpot to execute (ie. inbound marketing, inside sales, etc.)
- You have experience with basic troubleshooting and auditing performance within HubSpot
- You are eligible for full-time, W2 employment in the United States and are able to work during standard US business hours
- Bonus: You have experience with API integrations, coded workflow actions, and/or HubSpot development
In a typical week in this role, you may:
- Hold a discovery meeting with a prospective client to understand challenges they face with HubSpot and/or opportunities for HubSpot to drive more value for their business
- Create a project or implementation plan designed to help a client achieve their goals
- Manage client communications, answering questions in a timely manner and keeping them up to date on the status of your work
- Help a client with HubSpot onboarding, including consulting and implementation work inside their portal
- Help a client think through how to implement a marketing campaign or sales process using HubSpot
- Conduct a HubSpot audit to help a client understand where they may be deviating from best practices
- Work inside a client's HubSpot portal to assist their team (e.g. creating workflows, setting up campaign tracking, creating custom reports, etc.)
- Assist with creating HubSpot training materials and content – including articles, videos, emails, and online courses
Compensation, Benefits, Perks
- Typical salary range: $80,000-$90,000/year depending on experience
